יקב בינימינה

יקב בנימינה הוקם ב-1952 ומקיים מאז מסורת ארוכת שנים של איכות, חדשנות ומגוון. ביקב מיושמות טכנולוגיות יין מתקדמות יחד עם תהליכי ייצור מסורתיים-קלאסיים. יחד עם השקעות רבות בכרמים ובזני הענבים, יקבי בנימינה מציגה קשת רחבה של יינות איכות המתאימים לכל אירוע ולכל חך.

יקב בנימינה הוקם על ידי יוסף זלצר, אשר עלה לישראל עם רצון עז להיות יינן כפי שהיה בארץ הולדתו – הונגריה. 
זלצר קבע את מיקומו של היקב באוזר הנחשב כפורה והמשובח ביותר לייצור יין באותם ימים, וקרא לו "אליעז", על שם בנו שנפל במלחמת השחרור.

מקום מושבו של היקב בלב בנימינה חובק היסטוריה חלוצית עוד מתקופת העלייה השלישית. בשנת 1925 הקים הברון רוטשילד מפעל לבשמים, לאחר שפקידיו זיהו את הפוטנציאל הגדול שטמון בשדות פרחי היסמין באזור המושבה. המפעל זכה להצלחה רבה בתחילת דרכו, אך בשל המיתון העולמי בשנות השלושים והמעבר לייצור בשמים סינטטיים, סגר את שעריו בשנת 1937. עם זאת, המרתף שמתחתיו שימש את חברי "ההגנה" כסליק וכמקום מחבוא עד קום המדינה. בשנת 1952 שיקם זלצר את המבנה והקים את היקב לייצור יינות מתוקים וליקרים.

בשנים הראשונות, בתקופה שכל כורמי היין היו תחת הסכם מכירה בלעדי לקואופרטיב "כרמל מזרחי", התערב בן גוריון בעצמו לטובתו של זלצר, על מנת שזה יוכל לרכוש ענבים. כהוקרה, נקראו הליקרים והברנדי שיוצרו ביקב " Hard Nut Liquer", על שמו של בן גוריון, שהיה ידוע כאגוז קשה לפיצוח.

עד שנות התשעים נרכש היקב על ידי גופים ומשקיעים שונים, אך תמיד נותר בבעלות פרטית. ב-1996 השלימו צמד קולנוענים את רכישת היקב, אשר ראו בו את התגשמות ערכי החקלאות, התעשייה והציונות. עד מהרה, ובמשך 14 השנים הבאות, הושקעו משאבים רבים בטכנולוגיות ייצור חדשניות, בהשבחת הכרמים וחומרי הגלם, בהקמת חדר חביות בסטנדרט בינלאומי ובתשתיות נוספות – בדרך להפיכתו ליקב מוביל בישראל. באמצע שנות התשעים גם שונה שמו של היקב מ-"יקבי אליעז" ל"יקבי בנימינה".
 

Binyamina Winery:

The winery was founded in 1952 and has since long tradition of quality, innovation and variety. Wine Winery implemented advanced technologies with traditional manufacturing processes-classic. Along with numerous investments in vineyards and grape varieties, Binyamina Winery presents a wide range of quality wines suitable for every occasion and every palate.

The winery was founded by Joseph Seltzer, who immigrated to Israel with a strong desire to be a winemaker as he was in his native - Hungary.

Seltzer determined the location of the winery Bowhser considered the finest productive and Wine production in those days, and called him "Elias", the name of his son who fell in the War of Independence.

The seat of the winery in Binyamina embraces pioneering history dating back to the Third Aliyah. In 1925, Baron Rothschild founded a perfume factory, after whose officials have identified the potential in the fields of jasmine in the colony. The factory was a great success early on, but due to the global recession and the shift in the thirties for the production of synthetic perfumes, closed its doors in 1937. However, beneath the basement was used by the members of the "defense" as a clearing and hiding until the establishment of Israel. Seltzer in 1952 restored the building and established the winery for the production of sweet wines and liqueurs.

In the early years, a period when Bormio wine sales were under exclusive cooperative agreement "Carmel Mizrahi," Ben-Gurion intervened personally in favor of Seltzer, in order for it be able to buy grapes. Recognition, liqueur and brandy were produced at the winery "Hard Nut Liquer", the name of Ben-Gurion, who was known to grind.

Until the nineties winery was acquired by the various agencies and investors, but always remains privately owned. In 1996, the pair completed the acquisition of the winery filmmakers, who saw it as the realization of the values of agriculture, industry and Zionism. Soon, and for 14 years, invested considerable resources in innovative manufacturing technologies, upgrading vineyards and raw materials, the construction of an international standard barrel room and other infrastructure - the way its transformation into a leading winery in Israel. In the mid-nineties the winery's name was changed from "Winery Elias" Clos Binyamina ".

רמת הנדיב רואה עצמה כגוף מוביל בניהול משאבי טבע וערכי תרבות תוך הקפדה על יחסי גומלין מקיימים בין אדם, טבע וסביבה, וכמקור להנחלת רעיונות אלה לקהלים רחבים (מתוך חזון רמת הנדיב). בין המטרות המובילות של רמת הנדיב נמנות המטרות הבאות: "ניהול פארק הטבע על פי עקרונות של קיימות והדגמה של מערכת יחסים בת־קיימא בין אדם לסובב".

 בהתאם לחזון ולמטרות רמת הנדיב אנו מעוניינים להקים ברמת הנדיב את "גן הקיימות". הגן יהווה במה להצגה והדגמה של נושא הקיימות, שמשמעותו היא: הדאגה לספק את צורכי האדם בהווה, מבלי לסכן את יכולתם של הדורות הבאים לספק את צורכיהם. בגן יוצגו שורה של נושאים הקשורים לקיימות כאשר כל אחד ואחד מהם מגלם בתוכו את שילוב שלושת רכיבי הקיימות – סביבה, חברה וכלכלה.

בחזית הגן יוצב קלידוסקופ ענק דרכו יוכלו המבקרים להביט במראה הרמוני ומשתנה של צבעים וצורות. חווית הצפייה בקלידוסקופ תמחיש את הרעיון שניתן לשלב בין האדם, הסביבה והגורמים המקיימים בטבע במגוון צורות וצירופים וליצור הרמוניה בת קיימא. הגן יהווה חלק מהמכלול ההוליסטי המקיים של רמת הנדיב הכולל עד עתה מגוון נושאים ופעילויות כגון גן טביעת כף הרגל, אתר הקומפוסט, מתקן הטיהור למי ביוב, חצר הגינון הטיפולי וגן המשחקים לילדים. 

תהליך הקמת הגן יעשה בדרך מקיימת תוך פגיעה מינימאלית בתשתית המסלע הקרקע והצומח הטבעיים. התוויית השבילים ובניית רחבות ההתכנסות, הספסלים, סככות הצל והשילוט ייעשו מחומרים טבעיים וממוחזרים. בנוסף, אופן הקמת הגן יתועד ברציפות ויוצג באתר האינטרנט של רמת הנדיב ובגן עצמו בכדי ללמד ולעודד הקמת גנים מקיימים נוספים.

Park feelings:

Kaleidoscope viewing experience will illustrate the idea that you can integrate man, the environment and the factors that maintain the wild variety of shapes and combinations and create sustainable harmony. The garden will be part of a holistic maintains a generous level so far includes a variety of topics and activities such as garden footprint, compost, sewage treatment plant who, therapeutic gardening and garden courtyard playground for children.
